Darkness Embraced - Giveaway.

I'm doing a giveaway of a signed paperback copy of Darkness Embraced: A Rosso Lussuria Vampire Novel. I stated in my previous post that I'd be doing the giveaway on Facebook, but have recently discovered you're actually not supposed to do giveaways there. Strange, I know, but ah well. It's just as easy to do it here. :)

So, here's how this works: At the end of this post I'll post a question. In order to enter the giveaway, comment with an answer (and your name, if you're posting as anonymous). A winner will be chosen in a random drawing (based on entry, not answer to the question). I'm going to let this giveaway run for a few of days (maybe a week) and will announce the winner in a separate post. Note: If you don't see a post announcing a winner, then the giveaway is still a go and open to entries.

In keeping with the nature of my previous post -- If you could willfully choose to be any kind of were-animal, what would you be and why?

***Notice***

As of May, since I've received so many entries for this giveaway -- I thought I'd offer up a second book and extend this contest. :) Though the first book giveaway has officially closed, all those who previously entered (aside from the previous winner) and any new entries will be entered into the new drawing that I will perform on the weekend of May 14th. I'll announce the winner in the comments section of this post.

  1. Answer: My choice is simple; were cat. As a cat lover, and follower of the Shifters series, that's my choice.

  6. Winter, thank you for having a give away! =) I am excited to see what happens next when Bloody Claws comes out in January (Too far away still).

At first, I was going to say some sort of were-cat. Then I got to thinking, so I am going to choose wolves. They are so loyal to their packs in the wild, that is how I view myself with family and friends. They tend to stick close to home, they are creative, intelligent, and will endure hardship with such a strong sense of will and a timeless beauty, I find it hard to describe.

  7. Wow I have so many different choices for different reasons running thru my head. I guess I love cats but I would want to be a wolf. Loyal protective loving and deadly all in one fluffy package. I would be rubbed and caressed all day and get to RUN at night with the wind in my fur...great!!!

  8. Gee, that's a tough one. I guess I would say a squirrel because they always seems so busy and happy (and sometimes a little agitated) and have such wonderful interactions with their extended squirrelly family members. Now everybody knows why I wander around my 10 acre walnut orchard with binoculars in my hands!

  10. I'd have to keep it traditional; a Werewolf. I love how they are powerful and graceful and loyal to their pack and partner for life (well wolves are any way).
It may be a lame pick, but it is what I am sticking to!
